Day 238 - "just another sunset"

Today was another cold and wet day, we had rain showers then the clouds opened up for a brief 5 or 10 minutes. Who would have guessed that was going to happen.

Day 236 - "Winter Concert"

Bec's Keyboard Solo at the Winter Concert.

Day 235 - "Another Sunset"

I honestly believe that I live in the city which has the best sunsets more often than not. Naturally enough, people don't notice because it happens so often. I could have included many more in my project, but I didn't think 200 sunset photos would have defined my 365 quite the way the mix I have now has.

Day 232 - "Following the light"

Following the light trying to get a dramatic photo of the late afternoon, dark clouds, rainbow and golden sun mixed with the wet ground from the still falling rain. I missed numerous photos as I drove, trying to decide where to stop to catch the right light. Luck was not with me this time as it had been on a few occasions lately.
I often hear good photographers quote "you make your own luck" I do agree, I did not.

Day 231

Uni Students
I took these through a window while sitting at my desk, they were waiting for a bus to uni.

Day 220 - "Cloud Wall Paper"

Day 219 - "Looking up"

This was taken at Bec & Harry's morning tennis competition. I left the camera at home and regretted it.
Though I did take a couple of sunrise shots on using my dslr before we left home which were nice, but I liked this one more. This is my first 365 photo using my phone, I had taken others during the year naturally but none had ended up being the days image until now.

Day 218 - "Do I look like a terrorist?"

I have liked the lines of this building for many years, as I drove by the light was favorable so I did a Uee and took a few shots hand held, while I took my photos a car stopped in front of me parked on an angle, watching me, after I got back in my car it drove off around the corner and into the car park at the side of this building. I must be a terrorist!

Day 217 - "Flinders street Station"

Day 216 - "Comfort Zone"

Just as I arrived home I decided to walk about 15 minutes away to a location I drive past daily, and thought a few times that it "would do" on a "stuck day". It was quite dull and raining but it was still going to be light enough for what I wanted. I didn't get all the way there. A few other photo ideas appeared just from the fact that I was out looking, must have looked pretty funny pointing camera down at my feet as I splashed about. I like this photo and it will remind me that attitude effects vision.

Day 215 - "APS Folio Fun"

These are not my photos, well two of them are, but they belong to members of an APS folio, which is a small social mailing round photo folio. you comment and score on the other members prints, write a short update letter about what ever you feel like ad a new photo for the next round and post it to the next member.
Hopefully I am not breaking any rules by displaying them in part here.
